The Endless Beauty of Flowers

          Pamela Janco has been a painter since she was a little girl. She’s entranced by the interaction of light and color and is drawn to present her vision through a wide range of styles - from her ‘homage’ works which stylize and emulate the old masters to her modernist landscapes awash with color and drama. Pam showcases her talents by working in acrylics, pastels, watercolors and inks.

Much of her work has been inspired by the international lifestyle she and her family have shared. Pam has lived in Germany, California, Iowa and Tennessee. While living in Europe, she was able to travel extensively and take advantage of the opportunity to visit and observe some of the world’s greatest architecture, art and culture. Each place has left its own distinctive fingerprint on her work, contributing to her unique and joyous style.

“I am in awe of any and all flowers! Flowers are a favorite subject of mine. . . there is no end to the wonderful arrangements, the colors and the shapes available to observe and paint. I also love to paint wide open landscapes, full of nature’s many moods... quiet, angry, hot, cold... “

Pam has been the recipient of numerous awards for her painting and now resides in Malvern, PA.
